Roto-Rooter operates businesses in over 100 company-owned branches, independent contractor territories, and approximately 400 independent franchise operations, serving approximately 90% of the U.S. population and parts of Canada.

Collections: Nationally recognized service company seeks experienced collections representative to join our fast growing team. We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site, collections representative to work directly with the insurance industry and customer base to collect payment in full on outstanding invoices.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills & Responsibilities:

• Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently
• Outstanding organizational, time management and follow up skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
• Able to handle multiple projects at once
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual a plus

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years collections experience. The candidate we are seeking should be able to handle multiple tasks, communicate efficiently via phone, email, and letter with professionalism and detail, and have excellent organizational, time management and follow up skills.
