The Role

One Park Financial is seeking a Sales Trainer to join our team in the Financial Services industry. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our sales representatives and providing support to our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and design high-quality sales training content, materials, procedures, and scenarios
  • Responsible for holding regular training sessions for all team members
  • Work along with Sales Managers to conduct new hire classes
  • Identify future and current training needs
  • Collaborate with Operations Directors and Sales Manager to stay up to date with product improvements
  • Evaluate new employee progress
  • Be able to identify areas of growth opportunity for team members, and provide adequate feedback.
  • Elaborate daily, weekly, and monthly training reports to report progress, roadblocks, and challenges.

Requirements

  • Advance English.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience presenting and training
  • Must have excellent customer service skills, management skills, and attitude.
  • Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong people skills; natural customer service orientation and disposition
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
