The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role plays a key part in supporting the agency’s cash flow while upholding professional and effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities includes:

• Contacting overdue account holders.

• Negotiating payment plans and settlements.

• Documenting interactions and agreements.

• Monitoring and updating account statuses.

• Maintaining accurate records.

• Preparing and submitting collection activity reports.

• Analyzing data to identify trends.

• Ensuring activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

• Staying updated on legal changes.

• Coordinating with internal departments and external agencies.

Candidates must have:

• 2+ years experience in debt collection

• Experience working with Xero (desirable)

• Excellent communication skills

• Great attention to detail

• Experience in the digital marketing industry (desirable)

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
