Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or phone-based environment
Collections, banking, lending, financial services, or payment processing experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to confidently navigate difficult conversations
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple computer applications
Able to work independently while meeting individual and team goals
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Stable schedule and professional office environment
Gain valuable experience in the financial services industry
Build skills in negotiation, customer relations, and account management

This is a Contract position based out of Midvale, Utah.
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
