Supports the collection of receivables on accounts with no special requirements.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Collects receivables on regional and smaller field accounts with no special requirements.
• Coordinates timely payment of overdue accounts with the field and customers.
• Reviews reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts accordingly.
• Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, payment agreements, and collection efforts in the database.
• Complies with relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.
• Provides exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests from customers efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of collections or accounting experience.
• Customer service or transportation experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and transportation application systems.
