About the Role

As a Collections Senior Supervisor, you will lead and oversee end-to-end collections operations, ensuring timely recovery of accounts receivable while minimizing credit risk. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to drive cash flow performance, resolve disputes, and continuously improve OTC processes. Reporting to the OTC CX Senior Manager, this role is critical in delivering financial targets and strengthening internal controls.

What You’ll Do🚀

• Lead daily collections operations to ensure timely cash recovery
• Manage and prioritize customer portfolios based on risk and aging
• Drive DSO reduction and improve cash flow performance
• Monitor KPIs, overdue balances, and portfolio health
• Implement targeted collection strategies by customer segment
• Act as escalation point for complex and high-risk accounts
• Partner with Sales, Credit, and Customer Service to resolve disputes
• Oversee bad debt, write-offs, and recovery processes
• Ensure compliance with global credit and collection policies
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing collections team
• Support audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or OTC
• 3–5 years in leadership or supervisory roles
• Strong expertise in working capital, DSO, and cash flow management
• Proven experience managing large and complex customer portfolios
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience in multinational or shared service environments
• Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Advanced English (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
