We are seeking a motivated Collections Specialist to join a growing financial services team. This role is ideal for professionals with recent collections experience who enjoy working directly with customers to resolve delinquent accounts while delivering exceptional service.
In this position, you will work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, helping customers understand account balances, establish payment arrangements, and navigate financial hardships. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling sensitive conversations, negotiating payment solutions, and managing multiple systems simultaneously.
Training is conducted 100% onsite

Successful candidates are confident communicators who can balance customer service with collections goals. You should be comfortable discussing sensitive account information, negotiating payment solutions, and helping customers find a path toward resolution while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
