Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Collections:

Proactively make outbound calls to remind elderly subscribers of overdue accounts and secure payments.

Explain account details, including balances and due dates, in a clear and compassionate manner.

Offer and negotiate payment plans tailored to the needs of elderly subscribers while adhering to company policies.

Inbound Support:

Handle inbound calls from subscribers seeking assistance with payment plans, account inquiries, or billing concerns.

Provide patient and clear guidance to help resolve payment issues and update account details as necessary.

Account Management:

Accurately document all interactions, including call notes, payment arrangements, and updates to account information.

Follow up on promised payments and escalate unresolved accounts when required.

Elder-Centric Communication:

Communicate in a respectful, empathetic, and patient manner, recognizing the specific needs and challenges of elderly customers.

Use clear and simple language to ensure subscribers fully understand account details and available options.

Compliance and Team Collaboration:

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and all regulatory guidelines in handling collections.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address complex subscriber issues and achieve team objectives.

Job Required Qualification:

At least 1 year of Healthcare Call Center Billing/ Collection (required)

Proficient use of PC software applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Commitment to quality service through appropriate follow through, urgency and persistence.

Good time management and planning skills

Ability to maintain accuracy and demonstrate good attention to detail.

Desire to learn, grow and have fun while delivering high quality work.

Must be detail-oriented and a quick learner.
