What awaits you?

• Perform calls of Collections & Recovery customers (more than 2nd dunning level-increased tonality) based on team leader’s assignments.

• Implements collections strategy based on Team leader’s guidance.

• Negotiates, proposes and monitors extended terms for delinquent customers to Collections Team Leader.

• Collaborates and provides new ideas in process improvements initiatives.

• Perform in all payments processing in Rental and Bank.

• Prepares letters -sms-emails management to delinquent customers, based on Team Leader’s directions.

• Align Compliance to comply with regulations and laws. Executes all legal actions as imposed by the laws and the Team Leader.

• Executes all relevant payments’ processes (Dias, DD, adhoc Payment, credit card, manual) and ensures validity against bank statements on a daily basis.

• Propose to the team leader in monthly basis the collections tasks and activities alignment with the strategy scorecard.

• Is responsible to document (business specifications) for all IT related changes (Change Management). Is the key test user in the developments of the Department.

• Is the collections project member for all Collections and Recovery projects.

• Act as a key/contact person in Regulatory and Compliance reporting of Collections & Recovery Dept.

• Is responsible to implement the Recovery Strategy and propose changes, efficiencies and improvements to Collections Team Leader.

• Achievement of Collections and Recovery Targets including customer satisfaction.

What should you bring along?

• University degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• More than 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Understanding of financial services, collections, and customer account management.
• Customer orientation behavior Process orientation.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Fluent English language.
• Excel knowledge.
• Strong negotiation skills.
