What you’ll do
Operational Support: Oversee non-direct collections activities, including account suspensions, cancellations, write-offs, clearing credit balances, and resolving invoice upload or purchase order discrepancies.
Team Efficiency: Handle auxiliary tasks to shield the core collections team from distractions, maximizing their capacity for direct collections.
SOP Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures closely to maintain uniform quality and meet strict deadlines.
Process Optimization: Proactively identify and participate in initiatives aimed at improving overall team workflows and efficiency.
Data Integrity: Manage critical data updates, including customer contact information, ensuring high accuracy and prompt processing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Billing, Sales, and internal stakeholders to swiftly resolve operational issues.
Campaign & Overflow Management: Lead special customer communication campaigns and assist with small-to-medium account overflow (calls and emails) as needed.
What experience you need
Experience:3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B Collections.
Language Skills:Professional English fluency (B2/C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills:Advanced Excel proficiency for data management and reporting.
