About the Role:

Reporting to the Collections Manager, you’ll manage your own portfolio of arrears and enforcement matters, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining a customer-centric approach. You'll support recovery strategies that are both effective and compliant with NCCP, ASIC, and AFCA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end collections processes within your portfolio
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
• Liaise with external legal teams and recovery partners
• Contribute to arrears reduction strategies and reporting
• Provide excellent service while achieving recovery targets
• Managing hardship cases end to end

About You:

• Solid experience in mortgage collections
• In-depth understanding of NCCP and ASIC frameworks
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with sound problem-solving ability
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• A strong understanding of late-stage collections and enforcement action
• An understanding of hardship processes and associated timeframes
