Active Utilities (AU) is an innovative company servicing Australian embedded network (EN) multiple occupant locations with telephony, internet/data, electricity, and other utility needs.

Responsibilities

• 
  Making a high volume of outbound calls and sending electronic communications to follow up on outstanding debtor balances.
• 
  Handling inbound calls and electronic communications from customers regarding account status, personal details, outstanding balances, and other ad hoc enquiries.
• 
  Documenting collection activities, customer interactions, and attendance at team meetings.
• 
  Performing data integrity checks to ensure accuracy of account information.
• 
  Preparing internal management reporting as required.
• 
  Assisting with other ad hoc duties as required.
• 
  Demonstrating strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• 
  Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• 
  Managing sensitive or difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• 
  Providing a professional telephone manner and customer service focus.
• 
  Applying a continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to identify process efficiencies.
