We are looking for a Collections Specialist to represent a world-renowned automotive brand. This is your opportunity to combine your negotiation skills with a premium brand that values empathy, integrity, and professional growth..

Day in the Life:

  • Case Ownership: You aren't just answering phones; you are managing a workflow of accounts to achieve positive financial resolutions.

  • Professional Negotiation: Use your empathy and firmness to secure payment arrangements and assist with hardship applications.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with third-party agencies and internal specialists to drive your cases to completion.

  • Detail Oriented: Maintain high-standard, audit-ready case notes in our intuitive CRM.

What You’ll Bring (The Must-Haves).

  • Communication Mastery: You can relay complex information clearly and build rapport quickly with premium brand customers.

  • Negotiation Prowess: You have a knack for conflict resolution and achieving win-win payment arrangements.

  • Technical Detail: Efficient typing and the ability to maintain audit-ready documentation according to standard operating procedures.

  • Experience: At least 1 year in Collections or high-level Customer Service is highly desirable.

  • This is a strictly Australian-based role. Applicants must reside in Melbourne and hold full working rights, subject to standard background checks.
