In your primary role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Responsible for delinquent Portfolio of Factoring product / Factoring Business for Pan India
  • Managing Delinquency of entire India from Current Bucket till and post write off
  • Visiting Delinquent customers
  • To Strategize the recovery based on Obligor / Debtors (Seller-Buyer)
  • Chasing customers for default and late payment
  • Collaborate with other teams for early resolution
  • To get the receipt applied in the respective accounts on time
  • To highlight any Early Warning sign if any
  • Reconciliation of accounts

Knowledge and Experience

  • Basic Factoring Product knowledge
  • Seller and Buyer concept in Factoring
  • Recourse / Non-Recourse Factoring
  • Graduate – Any specialization
  • Should have >5 years’ experience in equivalent field
  • Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English & Hindi (Spoken and Written)
  • Team player
  • Good at MS Office and other tools including Digitalization and use of AI
  • Should be able to work under pressure
