RIVO is growing—and we’re looking for a results-driven, people-first Collections Manager to lead a high-performing team and own a dynamic lending portfolio with exciting revenue expansion opportunities ahead.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. For this role, compensation includes a competitive base salary and variable incentive opportunities tied to performance. A reasonable estimate of the annual on-target earnings (OTE) for this job is $70,304 to $110,000+. Individual compensation within these ranges takes into account a wide range of factors considered in making decisions, including but not limited to education, experience and training, licensure and certifications, knowledge and skill sets, and other business and organizational needs.
