Job Description

Late Stage Collector is responsible for recovering seriously delinquent loan accounts through effective account management, borrower engagement, payment negotiation, and resolution strategies while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining professional customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Late Stage deals to those long time past dues and none-payment clients.
• Offers account restructuring agreement which allows clients to pay to their requested monthly amortization or partial payments.
• Late Stage conduct skip tracing to those confirmed clients that are already hiding and moved out in their given
  addresses.
• Visits the clients in their given home addresses and check the statuses of the businesses if are really incapacitated to pay.
• Documentation and Reporting.
• Account Escalation.
• To provide support on all but not limited to the above deliverable.
