As a Collections Analyst, you will be a key member of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) team, responsible for managing the collection of outstanding customer payments. Your primary duties will include contacting customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to ensure timely payments, with a focus on accounts selected based on aging reports. In addition, you will work closely with the O2C team to manage customer payments, handle deductions, resolve disputes, and escalate issues to local Finance and Operations teams when necessary.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer payment statuses, completing reconciliations, and ensuring that all collection activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. You will also play an important role in process improvement initiatives, partnering with the O2C Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance collection processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
High school diploma required.
Technical degree, Associate degree, or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience working with international B2B customers is preferred.
