The Collection Support position is responsible for completing administrative duties in the Credit Solutions unit. This includes but is not limited to inbound and outbound mail processing, performing outreaching to delinquent members, and other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM. 100% Onsite expectation.

In this position, you will

• Courtesy Calls: Makes inbound and outbound courtesy calls to members with past-due loans.
• Legal Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and manage risks within assigned responsibilities.
• Administrative Support: Opens and distributes department mail and supports emails. Executes checks securely and posts them to accounting systems and member accounts. Processes, maintains, and documents returned and incoming correspondence. Ensures proper execution of all vendor bills. Processes, maintains, and documents cease and desist requests. Works with management to process and maintain charged-off collection accounts.
• Training and Development: Assist in training new staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School (Required)

Any equivalent combination of experience and education. | Required
