This position holds the responsibility to maintain the company’s collection efforts for our customers. The Collection Representative will work with Billing, Administration, Sales, and Management to ensure proper and timely payment of company invoices. This position will also assist with Accounts Payable to apply purchase orders and process incoming invoices from vendors.

· Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
· Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail
· Schedule appointments and receive customers or visitors
· Provide general information to staff, clients, or the public
