We are looking for a detail-oriented Collection & Dispute Specialist to join our finance operations team in the Philippines. Reporting to the Collection Lead, you will manage manual collection tasks, investigate payment disputes, and coordinate between our Customer Success and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth collection processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support Dispute Resolution: Assist the Collection Lead in preparing evidence for legal cases or settlement negotiations by providing clear, data-backed case summaries.
  • Align with CSM: Partner closely with our Customer Success and Billing Ops teams to investigate errors, handle payment extension requests, and ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Act as the guardian of our Salesforce data. Ensure that "Renewal Opportunities" and "Closed Lost" statuses are 100% accurate to prevent billing errors.
  • Proactive Follow-ups: Manage the weekly follow-up cycle for overdue accounts, ensuring firm but professional communication to secure payments.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years in collections, accounts receivable, or finance operations (SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Systems: Hands-on experience with Salesforce & Zuora is highly preferred.
  • Detail-Oriented: Maintains a high level of accuracy when managing financial records and updating account data.
  • Excel Skills: Proficient.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
  • Operational Focus: Highly organized, excellent at following through on manual tasks and meeting recurring deadlines.
