1. Ensure that customers adhere to established payment terms by monitoring and tracking payment schedules for timely processing.
2. Proactively manage and take ownership of your portfolio of customers, collaborating with internal stakeholders in resolving payment issues.
3. Timely report and escalate when material issues or impacts.
4. Be a teammate. We are a global team of likeminded contribution driven Collectors.
5. Lead or coordinate negotiations related to payments and claims with cross-functionals.
6. Continuously seek opportunities through innovation for process improvement and system optimization.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
2. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) necessary for professional interactions with both external and internal contacts.
3. Ability to proactively engage in a rapidly changing business environment while demonstrating a high level of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
4. Detail oriented problem solver, quick learner with ability to multi-task.
5. Good English communication skill is a must.
6. 2+ years as a collection specialist in an international environment.

1. Possess hands on knowledge of MS office, SAP System and Getpaid tool.
2. Experience with Power BI or other data visualization software/tools.
3. Process Transformation / Process Automation / Process Implementation experience.
4. 4+ years as a collection specialist in an international environment.
