About the Internship
The Business Operations Intern will support teams across Fanatics Collect by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, speed, and decision-making through the thoughtful application of AI, automation, and internal tools
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, working across teams, and translating ideas into practical solutions. The intern will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Operations, Customer Experience (CX), Trust & Safety (T&S), and Finance to prototype improvements, reduce manual work, and enhance how the business operates day to day.
This is a hands-on, immersive internship designed to provide real-world experience in business operations within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
