As a Colleague Learning & Development Journeys Leader in Business Banking, you will be responsible for leading the design, delivery and continuous enhancement of colleague learning experiences across key stages of the Business Banking colleague lifecycle. You will provide strategic leadership for our induction and post-induction learning journeys, ensuring colleagues across Business Banking build the skills, confidence and capability required to perform at their best and achieve successful outcomes for our customers and the business.
You will lead an AVP responsible for the Business Banking Inductions training team, alongside a team of Post-Induction Journey Managers, creating a cohesive and scalable approach to learning that supports role mastery, performance, development and future readiness. You will work closely with other L&D leaders, senior leaders, People Leaders, SMEs and wider Barclays colleagues to shape and execute the Business Banking Learning & Development strategy, ensuring learning solutions are aligned to business priorities, regulatory requirements and future skills needs.
