We're looking for a Colleague Experience Lead to shape and continually evolve the experience of colleagues across key moments that matter, with a particular focus on onboarding and offboarding. From a colleague's first interaction with the business through to their final day, you'll ensure every touchpoint is seamless, consistent and meaningful.
Leading a team of colleague experience advisors & specialists, you'll drive operational excellence while identifying opportunities to simplify processes, remove friction and enhance the overall experience . You'll use data, insight and feedback to improve processes, increase automation and self-service, and help create an experience that colleagues genuinely value
You’ll balance experience, efficiency and compliance to ensure our processes remain aligned with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.

If it feels like we’re a good match, we’ll share your CV with the hiring manager to review. Our interview process is tailored to each role and can be in-person or held remotely.
You can expect a two stage interview process for this position:
1st stage - An informal 30-45 minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
2nd stage – A one-hour formal face-to-face interview where you can expect a task and values based competency questions.
