Join us as a Colleague Experience Analytics & Adoption Engineer at Barclays where you will lead the design, implementation and adoption of enterprise-scale colleague experience analytics capabilities. You will harness Microsoft's digital workplace ecosystem, advanced analytics platforms and employee listening solutions to generate actionable insights that enhance productivity, wellbeing, engagement and overall colleague experience. Working closely with HR, Digital Workplace, Corporate Communications and Technology teams, you will drive data-driven decision making and maximize value realization from Barclays' investment in Microsoft Viva and related platforms.
To be successful as a Colleague Experience Analytics & Adoption Engineer, you should have experience with:
Delivering enterprise-scale Colleague Experience Analytics, Workforce Analytics or Employee Experience programmes in large global organizations.
Implementing and optimizing Microsoft Viva Insights, including advanced analytics, organizational insights and leadership reporting.
Designing and building data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Services and the Microsoft ecosystem.
Driving adoption, change management and value realization strategies for digital workplace technologies, with measurable outcomes at scale.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience with the broader Microsoft Viva Suite including Glint, Pulse, Engage and Connections.
Strong understanding of people analytics, organizational network analysis, employee listening and workforce measurement frameworks.
Experience integrating data across HR, collaboration, communication and productivity platforms including Workday, Microsoft 365 and employee survey solutions.
Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for Executive Leadership teams.
