Job Description

Position: Collateral & Title Release Specialist

Location: Fully Onsite – Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.24/HR, Paid Weekly

Vehicle title release experience is highly preferred.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support collateral release activities for the Leasing & Capital team. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate release of motor vehicle titles, UCC terminations, and related collateral documentation while maintaining compliance and accuracy throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage collateral release activities, including motor vehicle title releases and UCC terminations.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews through systems of record (SOR) and vendor portals to verify asset status.
  • Prepare and process lien release documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Execute signing and notary responsibilities related to release documentation.
  • Update systems with release statuses for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Communicate professionally with both internal partners and external clients regarding collateral and title release matters.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of leasing documentation and credit structures.
  • Experience preparing collateral-related documents such as Bills of Sale, Powers of Attorney, Lien Release Letters, UCC Terminations, and related documentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and business partners.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with LMS or Alfa systems.
  • Experience using Dealflo systems or platforms.

Working Conditions:

  • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
  • The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Use of computers and technology.
