T he role also requires senio r- level administration ofMicrosoft 365 using E5 licenses and features, in cluding operating as aGl obal Admi nistratorwhen requiredP rimary Responsibilitie sEmail Architecture & Mail Flow Ownership· Own and administer Victaulic’s hybri d e mail environ men t, including:oMicrosoft Exchange OnlineoOn-premises Exchange SMTP relay server soProofpoint Email Security (MX Edge, Secure E mail Relay, outbound filtering )· Design, maintain, and tr oubleshoot co mplex inbound and outbound mail flows acrossmultiple paths, includingoInt ernet → Proofpoint → Exchange OnlineoExchange Online → Proofpoint → Interne toInt ernal appli cations via Proofpoint SERoLegacyapplications viao n-premises Exchange relay soAlternate routing scenar ios involving Microsoft 365 default MX endpoints

oFirst-party D MARC enf orcement within Proofpoin toExchange Onlineant i-s poofing and transport ruleconfiguratio n· Maintain and validate trusted IP exe mption s, connector sco pes, and rela y authorizationsto prevent false positiveswhile maintaining security posture· Monitor and analyze DMARC aggregate and forensic reports, identify t rends, andremediateauthentication failuresProofpoin t Administration· Administer Proofpoint Email Security platform, includingoInboundand outbound r outing configuratio noSecure Email Relay(SER) for internal applications and devices

Microsoft 365 Ad ministration (Enterprise Scope)· Act as a senior Microsoft 365 ad ministrator, in cluding Global Ad min responsibilitieswhen require d· Manage E xchangeOnline configu ration beyond basic mailbox administration, including:oMail flow connector soTransport rule soAccepted domain soHybrid and relay config uration s· Administer Microsoft 365 E5 featu res relevant to email and security, such asoMicrosoft Defenderfor Office 365oData Loss Prevention (DLP) related to emailoAudit logging and message investigation tool s· Ensure licensing alignm ent and proper feature us age within E5 entitlement s
Operations, Documentation & Continuous Improvemen t· Develop and maintaind etailed technical docu mentation for:oEmail architecture and f low diagramsoMail routing logic and e xception soSecurity and authenti cation configuration soTroubleshooting proced ures and runbooks· Serve as escalation point for complex e mail incidents and outage s· Identify opportunities to si mplify mail routin g, reduce technical debt,an d retire legacyrelay paths
