The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) works worldwide to provide protection and humanitarian assistance to people affected by conflict and armed violence. We take action in response to emergencies and, at the same time, promote respect for international humanitarian law. We are an independent and neutral organization, and our mandate stems essentially from the Geneva Conventions of 1949. We work closely with National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and with their International Federation in order to ensure a concerted, rational and rapid humanitarian response to the needs of the victims of armed conflict or any other situation of internal violence. We direct and coordinate the international activities conducted in these situations.
The Collaboration Technical Lead is the senior technical authority for the SharePoint OnPrem & Online / Microsoft 365 platform within his/her scope of responsibility. You will ensure the coherence, scalability, and consistency of architectural and technical decisions across M365 modules and integrations. The role collaborates closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, IT engineers, developers, and external partners to design, implement, and optimize M365 solutions. The Technical Lead ensures that platform developments align with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and business objectives while minimizing technical debt and operational risk. The person leads the design beyond their products to connect to other solutions and anticipate higher-level evolutions.
