Job Responsibilities

TheCollaborationSeniorEngineerwill work in partnership withothercollaborationservicetowerowners tomanagecollaboration services/applications in the delivery of our collaboration suite of solutionsAreas of responsibilitiestoincludesolutions engineering, systems delivery,service management,and senior technical support for allinscopecollaborationrelatedservicesActivities to include work associated with both projects andservicemanagement ofnew andexisting servicesTheCollaborationSeniorEngineerwill also work closely with staff from other infrastructure service areas that provide supporting services in thedesign,delivery,andmanagementof ourcollaboration suite of products.

JobResponsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end service management and delivery forassignedcollaborationsolutions

• In partnershipwithotherservice owner leads,developservice management and solutionsdeliveryplans in support ofassignedcollaborationsolutions

• Responsible forgovernance, service management,and technical administrationofassigned solutions within overallcollaboration suite

• Ensuresassignedcollaboration solutions are managed andmaintainedin alignment with all associated technical and security standards

• In partnership withcollaboration architects/strategists, conducts research and providesrecommendations on the standards and configurations of the existing collaboration environment

• Providesexpert level advice, support,and consultancy in the developmentand deliveryof collaboration related business cases and technologies

• Prepares and delivers presentations to management that inform them of issues and opportunities withassignedcollaboration solutions

• Provides high-level analysis and reporting on application healthfor assigned solutions/serviceswithintheapplication portfolio

• Provides expert level support for deployed solutionsandinterfacing with support staffwhen necessarytoassistin resolution ofescalated complex technicalissues within defined SLAs

• Developsand reviews test plans and test scriptssothatservices are sufficiently tested andmaintainedto ensure high availability and stability of all assigned solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of Computer Science or similar technology related area

• Expert levelexpertiseinone or more ofthe Microsoft365 foundational services (e.g.Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)Experience acrossadditionalMicrosoft365 services areas preferred.

• Experience with Intune / Mobile Device Management preferred

• Significant experiencewith both Project Management and Service Management disciplineswhile working within a large organization

• Experience working in a matrix support model in the delivery of collaboration services to end users
