About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As the Cold Chain Warehouse Manager at JD.com, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cold chain warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective storage and distribution of temperature-sensitive goods. This role is critical to maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction within our sophisticated logistics network.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of the cold chain warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of temperature-controlled products.
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cold chain management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and internal quality standards.
* Monitor and maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels within the warehouse using advanced monitoring systems, taking immediate corrective action for any deviations.
* Oversee inventory management for cold chain products, ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing waste, and optimizing storage utilization.
* Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
* Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure product integrity throughout the cold chain.
* Collaborate with transportation, procurement, and sales teams to optimize logistics flow and meet delivery deadlines.
* Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and ensure proper functioning of refrigeration units, forklifts, and other essential machinery.
* Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.
* Manage warehouse budget, control costs, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years specifically in cold chain logistics or temperature-controlled environments.
* Proven knowledge of cold chain regulations, quality assurance standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP), and best practices.
* Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a significant plus.
