Job Profile Summary:

Drive productivity and effectiveness of Mondelez India’s expansive visicooler network, a critical asset for winning in the chocolate category. The role will leverage advanced analytics, digital enablement, and strong cross-functional collaboration to unlock growth opportunities, optimize asset deployment, and elevate in-store execution standards.

How you will contribute

Build the Long-term road map for winning in cold chain –

• Work with external partners and build macro insights to define the ideal cold chain footprint (town class, premiumization potential)

• Cooler designs to sync with portfolio and make it an asset of pride for channel partners to build competitive advantage

• Define and refine end-to-end performance tracking for cold chain.

• Draw actionable insights and liaise with the field teams to drive productivity of the cold chain asset base across channels.

What You Will Bring

Education & Experience

• MBA or equivalent (preferred)
• 5-8 years relevant experience
• FMCG / field sales exposure preferred
