Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients
Use Apollo.io for lead sourcing, prospect research, and contact enrichment
Build targeted prospect lists based on ICP criteria
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Manage and update CRM records accurately
Create and optimize outbound sequences (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) using Apollo
Track KPIs such as call volume, conversion rates, and appointment setting performance
Handle objections professionally and confidently
Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects
1–3+ years of experience in cold calling / outbound sales
Proven hands-on experience using Apollo.io (lead generation, sequencing, filters, exporting data)
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality
Ability to work with targets and performance metrics
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
Experience in B2B sales is highly preferred
