Cold Caller

Summary

Responsibilities

• 
  Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and products.
• 
  Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements.
• 
  Maintain a detailed record of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
• 
  Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• 
  Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
• 
  Provide feedback and insights to improve calling scripts and strategies.
• 
  Achieve or exceed monthly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements

• 
  1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an administrative setting.
• 
  Proven experience as a cold caller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 
  Strong ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• 
  Proficiency in using CRM software and other administrative tools.
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 
  High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or sales are a plus.
