Work Arrangement: Remote

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor

Company Overview:

Tidal is a Direct Placement Agency that helps job seekers find job opportunities for real growth. We work with stable, responsible businesses that are experienced in remote hiring and are excited to welcome international team members. Tidal is owned and operated by consumer brand owners and operators. We have experience in offshore team-building and aim to help businesses leverage global talent.

About This Role:

We are hiring a Project Manager for Sunday Golf to help organize projects, improve Asana workflows, and keep teams accountable. You will work across departments to clean up processes, track deadlines and action items, and make sure important tasks and recurring work are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and improve Asana workflows, including project structures, task ownership, deadlines, dependencies, recurring processes, templates, and accountability.
  • Review workflows, SOPs, and business processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, missed handoffs, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage cross-functional projects from planning through completion, coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables, following up on blockers, and escalating issues when needed.
  • Turn repeatable processes such as onboarding, launches, events, reporting cycles, and operational routines into clear and trackable Asana workflows.
  • Support different departments based on business priorities, including wholesale, sales, creative, finance, logistics, and operations.
  • Facilitate project meetings as needed, document decisions and action items, and ensure next steps are assigned and completed.
  • Maintain SOPs, project documentation, status updates, and other operational resources as a reliable source of truth.

Software/Platforms/Tools:

  • Asana, advanced proficiency required
  • Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • Slack
  • Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar project management tools
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, business operations, operations coordination, or a similar cross-functional role.
  • Strong hands-on experience using Asana to manage projects, recurring workflows, timelines, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven experience improving workflows, creating repeatable processes, documenting SOPs, and bringing structure to loosely organized projects or teams.
  • Strong understanding of project ownership, task accountability, stakeholder follow-up, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Comfortable moving between departments, learning new processes quickly, and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the confidence to follow up and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, systems-minded, and able to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment.
  • Experience with EOS, Integrator-style operating models, eCommerce, DTC, wholesale, retail, or consumer brands is a plus.

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with approximately 4–5 hours of daily overlap with US Pacific Time business hours for meetings, project coordination, and stakeholder follow-ups. The remaining working hours may be completed asynchronously. Exact working hours will be agreed upon directly between the contractor and the client.

About Tidal

Tidal helps 8-figure DTC brands & agencies build elite offshore teams.

We’re not traditional recruiters—we’re operators who scaled Vincero Collective into a 9-figure brand with a global team across the Philippines, Latin America, and beyond.

We started Tidal to solve a problem we faced firsthand:

US mid-level hires were expensive and short-term. Offshore talent was affordable but hard to get right.

So we built a system—refined over a decade—that now helps eComm founders:

✔ Hire A+ offshore talent for 50–70% less

✔ Build execution-heavy teams that actually scale

✔ Stop wasting time on bad hires and flaky freelancers

What makes us different?

→ Built by operators, not recruiters

→ We act like a GM, not just a talent scout

→ Done-for-you process: vetting, interviews, skill tests, onboarding

→ We specialize in roles that require eComm experience & deep execution

If you’re ready to build a world-class offshore team that just gets it done—we should talk.
