About Coherent in Switzerland
The Coherent Corp. Zurich site is a key research and production hub for advanced photonics, materials technologies, and high-performance semiconductor lasers. Our teams develop and manufacture optoelectronic components and laser diodes for industrial applications, optical data transmission, life sciences, and high-precision technologies.

Shift Focus: Primarily Weekend-Based
We are building a talent pool for Weekend Operators to support our semiconductor production operations in Zurich. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals seeking a long-term, part-time role alongside their studies or other commitments.
In this role, you will work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, supporting the production of high-tech laser components. You will receive hands-on training and gain insight into advanced semiconductor manufacturing within an international company.
