The primary objective of this position is to partner with the Electrical Superintendent to establish operational consistency, standardized maintenance practices, and reliable task execution across the Cogeneration facility, Wet Mill, and Dry Grind operations. • Technical Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert for plant electrical systems. Provide hands-on troubleshooting support during major equipment failures, review repair methods, and assist with capital upgrades and commissioning.
  • Contractor Management: Oversee third-party electrical contractors. Define work scopes, prioritize tasks, and audit contractor execution to ensure high-quality, safe, and procedurally compliant work.
  • Asset & Outage Planning: Collaborate with maintenance planners to prioritize electrical work orders, build comprehensive outage plans, manage the critical spare parts strategy, and draft long-term asset lifecycle replacement plans.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Lead root cause failure analysis (RCA) for significant electrical events, identify reliability gaps, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Safety & Compliance: Champion ADM’s safety culture. Ensure all electrical maintenance activities comply with NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash Hazard Analysis, energized work standards, and OSHA regulations.

Preferred Skills:
