Position

As aCoffeehouseOperations Support Representativeat Caribou Coffee,youwill betheprimarypoint ofcontact foroperationalsupport, serving a wide range ofbusiness channels,includingUSRetail,Traditional Franchise, and Non-Traditional Franchise.You will bring an exceptionalblend ofempathy,open-mindedness,and willingness to work togetherwith field leaderstoresolveoperational challenges efficiently

CoreResponsibilities

Operations Support& Issue Resolution

  • Serveas a point of contact forfieldoperations team membersbyresponding to telephone, OneCall and email inquiries regarding Caribou Coffee products, services,promotionsand operational needs

  • Participatein Execution Guide calls toensureup-to-dateknowledge of products, service and promotions

  • Assist customers with special orders, missed order deadlinesanddelivery updates, providing timely solutions

  • Set up and maintain accountsin order management software for company, license and franchise locations.

  • Regularlyreviewand updatee-store catalogs forcustomersusing the platform, ensuring accurate item listings ands.

  • Proactivelymonitor order flowutilizing internal systems

  • Addresscustomer issues and initiate credits whenappropriate

  • Diagnoseand resolvetransaction errors,resendingorder files asnecessaryto prevent disruptions

  • Field and resolveissues and questionsfrom field team members

  • Minimize disruption for guestsandfield team members through proactive communication and problem solving.

  • Constructively addressproblems and issues as they arise,findingpractical solutionsaligned withcompany policies and practices.

CoffeehouseOperationsProcess Management & Escalations

  • Manage and support standard practices, processes and documented procedures

  • Consolidate and escalatetheneeds of field team members to the appropriate support function.

  • Review and integratedatapushes into ERP system, ensuring accurate itemset up, inventory availability,and correct unitsof measure.

  • Escalate inquiries to appropriate business owners, maintain logs,and follow-up oninquiries

  • Partner with Food Safety & Quality Assurance on all product quality issues for resolution and recovery.

Collaboration

  • Activelyparticipatein departmental meetings and development opportunities

  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with cross functional teams, understanding roles and responsibilities to connect field team members with theappropriate supportfunction.

  • Clear and effective communication and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partners

Qualifications

Required

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • 2+yearscustomer service experience

  • Ability to be on call on a rotating weekendand holidayschedule

Preferred

  • 1+ years’ experience in Caribou Coffee store at a shift lead level or higher

  • Business Service experience for a manufacturer or consumer products company

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office,Excel,Crunchtime, Great Plains andKorberWMS

Compensation Range:

$18.56 - $30.93 per hour

* Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.

**Ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.

The physical demands for this position are reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical demands may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
