We are looking for Coffee Trainers to join The Coffee Club as part of a newly created roles that are central to executing our evolving coffee strategy across our national café network. As part of this investment, we are partnering with Nomad Coffee Group, a highly respected name in the specialty coffee industry, to develop our trainers and provide access to world class coffee education and specialist expertise.
This role is ideal for experienced baristas or coffee trainers, including those from specialty backgrounds, who want to apply great coffee principles in a way that reaches millions of customers.

What is the role?
Reporting to the National Training Manager, the Coffee Trainer is responsible for delivering and embedding The Coffee Club’s coffee training program across Western Australia and the Northern Territory supporting both company‑owned and franchise cafés.
You’ll play a key role in executing our coffee strategy by:

This is a fully remote, field-based role. While you will work with a high level of autonomy, you will be strongly supported by a collaborative network of field leaders and a highly engaged head office team.
