Relevant Customer Service / Sales of experience
As a Coffee Specialist (Customer Service & Contact Center), you will act as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional service to B2B customers across multiple channels, supporting enquiries on orders, products, billing, and basic troubleshooting etc. You will drive a seamless end-to-end experience, strengthening customer loyalty through a customer-centric and solution-driven approach.
You will handle inbound calls and emails from B2B customers, supporting enquiries on orders, products, billing, and service requests while performing basic troubleshooting and coordinating repairs. You will take full ownership of customer issues, ensure timely resolution, manage complaints, and drive effective service recovery to maintain high customer satisfaction.You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as B2B Key Account Team, Technicians etc. to resolve issues efficiently and ensure alignment. In addition, you will support customer onboarding (e.g., supplier portal), maintain accurate case documentation, and ensure proper tracking for follow-ups and audits. You will also contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements by providing frontline feedback to enhance workflows and customer experience, while supporting ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Salary range - $2,500 - $3,500
