Coffee Shop Manager – Dulwich

£35,000 + Tips (£2–3K) + Bonus (£3–4K) | Immediate Start

The Site

• 30–40 covers (indoor + front & back garden seating)
• Strong local customer base
• Smaller team of ~6–7 staff
• Busy weekends, quieter weekdays

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service
• Manage rotas and control labour costs tightly
• Maintain high standards in coffee, food, and hospitality
• Lead, motivate, and develop a stable team
• Build relationships with local customers and community
• Drive consistent sales performance towards £250K

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in hospitality management
• Experience in cafés or community-led venues
• Strong organisational and financial awareness
• A natural people person with strong customer engagement skills
• Comfortable working in a smaller, evolving business
• Someone who is hands-on and willing to step in wherever needed
• Values-led and aligned with a socially driven business model
