Job Title:
Coffee Farm Manager

Location:
Laos
Are you passionate about coffee farming and strong in leadership? We are seeking an experienced Coffee Farm Manager to oversee farm operations, drive productivity, and lead teams toward excellence in coffee production.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day coffee farm operations from planting to harvest
• Lead, train, and supervise farm staff to ensure optimal performance
• Implement best agricultural and farm management practices
• Ensure quality control, efficiency, and sustainability standards are met


Requirements


Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Farm Management, or a related field
•
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in farm or plantation management (coffee experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Valid Kenyan Passport
• Ability to work in an international setting
