Abita Roasting Company Roasts hand crafted coffee on the Greater New Orleans Northshore. People liked our coffees so much we had to open up a coffee shop. Since we are in Louisiana, and we like to eat, we also wanted to pair it with the best breakfast and brunch restaurant. Now, we are both. More than a coffee shop, not just a restaurant.
