About the role:
As a COE Supply Planning Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving global transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, with a strong focus on supply planning and inventory strategy. You will be responsible for defining and implementing global standards, governance and best practices that enhance end‑to‑end performance and maturity across regions. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will act as a change leader and internal consultant, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working. This role is critical in building a future‑ready Supply Chain organization and delivering on our strategic ambitions related to service levels and working capital.
