About the role:

As a COE Supply Planning Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving global transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, with a strong focus on supply planning and inventory strategy. You will be responsible for defining and implementing global standards, governance and best practices that enhance end‑to‑end performance and maturity across regions. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will act as a change leader and internal consultant, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working. This role is critical in building a future‑ready Supply Chain organization and delivering on our strategic ambitions related to service levels and working capital.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end Supply Planning transformation projects, taking full ownership from initial scoping, stakeholder alignment and business case development through execution and post‑implementation follow‑up.
• Define and implement global inventory strategies, including standard methodologies for inventory parameters, to ensure alignment with company targets on service level and working capital.
• Develop and embed global standards, KPIs, tools and governance frameworks to drive consistency and performance across regions, while supporting their effective local deployment.
• Design “fit‑for‑future” Supply Chain processes, organizational setups and ways of working, collaborating closely with IT, Procurement and other key partners to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Drive change management initiatives by creating structured communication and training plans, building engagement and ensuring strong adoption across regional teams and leadership.
• Provide visibility on inventory health through data and insights, and establish actionable processes that enable the business to proactively manage risks and opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor and internal consultant to regional Supply Chain teams, supporting them in key initiatives and ensuring alignment with global strategy and standards.
• Build and sustain a strong learning ecosystem, including global training programs and power user communities, to strengthen capabilities and accountability across the organization.
• Continuously scan external trends, benchmarks and best practices to bring innovation into the Supply Chain organization and support ongoing improvement initiatives.

About you:

• 5+ years in Supply Chain or Operations (incl. planning or inventory).
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Supply Chain processes.
• Experience in inventory management & continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead change and manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
• Independent, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills across functions.
• Degree in Business / Economics or similar (APICS CPIM is a plus).
• Willingness to travel (~20%).
