Process Design & Governance

  • Define and document standardized supply chain processes across Planning, Sourcing, and Procurement.
  • Support segmentation initiatives (products, suppliers, vendors) by embedding new classification rules into planning and procurement processes.

  • Integrate supplier performance SLAs into operational workflows and ensure clear handoffs between procurement, planning, and quality teams.

  • Facilitate global process harmonization efforts driven by the COE through updates to process maps, RACI models, and KPIs to drive operational consistency

System, Tools & Digital Enablement

  • Identify and implement supply chain systems, technology, and workflow tools that support process execution.

  • Work closely with the COE Analytics team to embed dashboards, KPIs, and predictive models into process workflows.

  • Ensure new systems and tools deployed by the COE are configured to support standardized global processes and compliance requirements.

  • Translate analytical insights provided by the COE into process improvements

Training, Change Management & Capability Building

  • Lead change management planning and execution for new processes and tools.

  • Coach functional teams to ensure understanding, adherence, and continuous skill building.

  • Collaborate with the supply chain leaders in developing and deploying the global Supply Chain Training Program by function

  • Deliver capability‑building initiatives that support global adoption of new COE‑driven standards and systems

Optimization & Best Practice Integration

  • Analyze process performance and identify root causes of operational gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and supply chain best practices to optimize workflows and eliminate waste.
  • Benchmark internally and externally to identify and embed best‑in‑class supply chain practices.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to build dashboards and insights for decision support.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a connector across stakeholder organizations
  • Facilitate workshops and process design sessions to align stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Build a culture of accountability, standardization, and continuous improvement across supply chain.
  • Support in maintaining a centralized governance framework for global supply chain standards and policies
  • Ensure COE initiatives are translated into actionable, repeatable, and measurable processes across the global supply chain.
  • Partner with supply chain leadership to prioritize process‑related initiatives based on criticality, value, and readiness.
  • Monitor adherence to governance requirements and escalate risks or gaps.
  • Establish process governance mechanisms to ensure compliance, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead recurring process performance reviews and implement corrective actions.
  • Execute COE‑defined risk mitigation activities across supplier, planning, procurement, and operational processes.
  • Monitor assigned performance metrics (OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy) and partner with the COE Analytics and PMO teams to drive corrective actions.
  • Support monthly Supply Chain Reviews by providing process‑related insights, data, and updates

Strategic Alignment & Governance Support

  • Support in maintaining a centralized governance framework for global supply chain standards and policies
  • Ensure COE initiatives are translated into actionable, repeatable, and measurable processes across the global supply chain.
  • Partner with supply chain leadership to prioritize process‑related initiatives based on criticality, value, and readiness.
  • Monitor adherence to governance requirements and escalate risks or gaps.
  • Establish process governance mechanisms to ensure compliance, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead recurring process performance reviews and implement corrective actions.

Risk, Compliance & Performance Monitoring

  • Execute COE‑defined risk mitigation activities across supplier, planning, procurement, and operational processes.
  • Monitor assigned performance metrics (OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy) and partner with the COE Analytics and PMO teams to drive corrective actions.
  • Support monthly Supply Chain Reviews by providing process‑related insights, data, and updates

Travel:

  • Domestically and internationally up to 20%

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of engineering, procurement, medical device and regulatory requirements, including their interfaces and interdependencies.
  • Must be able to work without direct supervision to accomplish goals and meet schedules.
  • Proven solid work ethic and ability to work well with others as well as independently.
  • Possess strong business acumen, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must be open-minded and adaptive to change, promote the collective interests of the team more than self-interest, able to resolve problems in a respectful manner.

Work Environment:

  • Normal office environment.
  • Ability to perform light to medium physical work and standing for long periods of time, if required depending on the task.
  • Extensive contact with employees and external business partners and suppliers.

Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
