Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
1. Works as a key member of the GSC COE Logistics function. Manages all supply chain deliverables for sourcing, supplier management, strong relationships with service providers (SRM) across modes for all Mobility Global Eaton. Lead Analyst role acts as the primary interface between corporate team, supply chain organization, Service Providers and GSC COE. This role is responsible for the overall management which includes the data Management of cost, quality and delivery, pricing strategies, RFQ baselining support, Analytics support, Adhoc Support, Regional reports including cost out and economics reporting dasboards, Logistics Council Meeting, Supplier QBRs, digitization initiatives like driving RFQ`s through digital tools and managing market intelligence via tools, category strategy support and acts as a single point of contact from GSC COE across the modes for Mobility group.
2. Manages Analytics for Global Mobility Manager
• Support global RFQs in terms of identifying correct RFQ tool, prepare RFQ template & baseline, evaluate carrier responses and perform required analytical scenarios.
• Develop service-based pricing models to improve spend across categories, optimize service offerings
• Analyze Dashboard Tools, ERP and carrier data in order to identify and communicate improvement opportunities that can drive out cost and improve customer experience in procuring logistics services for Mobility.
• Identify opportunities to enhance current processes to reduce risk through effective use of price analytics.
• Support the Manager – Support the mobility group in other ad-hoc projects and Logistic activities.
• Supplier relationship management, hold regular business review and management of improvement tasks with 3PL service providers
• Support digitization projects, represent procurement analytics as subject matter expert and support on transformation programs
1. Process owner, coordinator and oversight of the SC Customer Dashboard standard reports, groupings, and distribution.
2. Acting as a go to point for issues and queries in logistics procurement services for the Mobility group.
3. Building a network of Eaton contacts within Logistic Supply Chain and IT to highlight and/or resolve issues.
4. On time and accuracy of global Logistics reports
5. Process benchmarking and standardization
6. Adherence to project timelines & scope
7. Monthly reports to stakeholders
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.
Basic Knowledge (Foundation):
• Minimum 9-12 years of experience in Logistics Procurement Management
• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics will be added advantage
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI Visio & Project)
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external customers
• Able to manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Should be well versed with Data & Information Management, Reporting & MIS, Ad-hoc reporting, Business Insight & Analysis, Market research
• Have a good understanding of logistics cost factors, working of carrier rates/surcharges and Global supplier base
• Able to gather data from multiple systems and assimilate bigger data set
