Responsibilities:
•Oversees all corporate accounting and finance functions and activities including treasury management, reporting and analysis, and financial consolidation.
•Manages and completes the month, quarter and year-end close and assures adherence to IFRS and completes reconciliations of balance sheet accounts ensuring accuracy of our financial records
•Reviews/Prepares monthly financial reports and communicates significant variances on a timely basis, including coordinating adjustments when needed
•Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies, while identifying and mitigating financial risk.
•Manages credit compliance; prepare for annual assessment for customer credit limit; monitor AR condition and Aging
•Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow to ensure company obligations are met.
•Coordinates periodic financial reviews/audits with outside audit and tax firms as required
•Develops recommendations and implements improvements to internal controls processes striving to build a more robust Accounting and Finance department
•Taxation : : Monitor daily accounting transactions whether to impact to tax risks; manage and communicate / prepare the tax audit which is initiated by tax authorities. Support and prepare the wh tax reduction application. Finalize tax certificate with tax filing and TP report submission in time.
•Propose the date and prepare draft BR for BoDM and AGM.
•Team Leadership: Supervise the accounting department, including mentoring staff, overseeing audits, and liaising with external bankers or tax agents.

Qualifications :
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex data to non-finance stakeholders; good at for the tax acts on Corporate Income Tax / Withholding tax / VAT
