Who We’re Looking For
Tech grads (CS, IT, or anyone with solid coding background via projects/self-learning).
3rd & 4th year students eligible for Internship (can be converted into Fellowship later).
2026 grads eligible for both Fellowship & Internship.
Passionate problem-solvers with a heart for social impact & education
Ready to dedicate 6–12 months to empower young women through coding & mentorship.
Facilitate Learning → Teach coding concepts, run workshops, and design engaging lessons.
Mentor & Inspire → Guide students in problem-solving, projects, and placements.
Create Impact → Track learning outcomes and help students achieve aspirational careers.
Collaborate → Work with teams on placement processes, reporting & program activities.
Lead Projects → Contribute to coding projects and initiatives that shape NavGurukul’s programs.
