Job Description

The Code for Good hackathon gives you the chance to put your coding skills towards doing good for nonprofit organizations. It’s also a great opportunity to see whether a career in technology is for you.

Over the course of 12-hours, bring your coding skills to the test and create solutions that will benefit local nonprofit organizations.

You and your assigned team will develop a technology solution for a leading nonprofit organization. You’ll get to work side by side with our expert JPMorgan technologists, learning from their experience as you creatively solve real world problems faced by social organizations. You are encouraged to come up with cutting-edge ideas that could make a difference to the people who need it most.

Participants will need to bring their own laptops to the event. Further details around location, timing, and final schedule will be provided to selected applicants.

• Buenos Aires, Argentina: August 29th , 2026

Eligibility: The Code for Good Hackathon is open to individuals who are:

• Argentine Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents who are authorized to work permanently in the Argentina;
• 18 years of age or older;
• Higher / Continuing Education Degree OR University/Continuing Education Students or Graduates;
• Advanced software engineering knowledge;
• Fluent in English.

• Selected students will be notified via email with final event details.

Once you have submitted your application, if you meet the minimum requirements for our program you will be invited to complete a video interview through HireVue.

• HireVue is required, and your application will not be considered for further review until you have completed this step.

• Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis; we strongly encourage you to complete your HireVue video(s) within 1 week of receiving.

Keep in mind your video submission should be complete in English, unless directly advised otherwise.
