· processing shipments in ECS,

· controlling the accuracy of shipments delivery,

· cooperating with COD departments and other financial and non-financial departments like GL, AP, AR , ICRIS,

· overseeing and maintaining the flow of information,

· ensuring an adequate level of customer service internal and external.

We expect from applicants:

· Very good English,

· Knowledge of accounting basis,

· Key entry accuracy,

· Customer service oriented,

· Good knowledge of MS Office applications,

· Ability to work in a team,

· Ability to work under pressure,

· Time management skills,

· Very well organized,

· At least 6 month employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
