O Supervisor de Qualidade do Cacau será responsável por garantir os padrões de qualidade da matéria-prima em toda a cadeia, atuando como elo entre as fábricas e os postos de compra. A posição exige mobilidade para visitas a campo, treinamento de equipes e suporte técnico nos processos de recebimento e classificação do cacau. Trata-se de um papel estratégico, com forte atuação analítica e impacto direto na qualidade do produto final.
